The Certificate IV in Management has been created to reflect the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Their role may be in any industry or organisational setting. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and couple an informed perspective of the specific work requirements with their managerial approaches.

The Certificate IV in Management provides the skills and knowledge to encourage and support the development of a learning environment in which work and learning come together and the skills to lead and manage continuous improvement systems and processes within an organisation. How to gain your qualification faster

Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) is "the acknowledgement of the skills and knowledge" that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences. If RPL is granted, this will mean that you will not have to complete the study or assessments for a unit or units of competency.

How long does the course take?

You, the student, are completely in control of your own learning schedule. Learning online allows you the freedom to study at home, during your lunch break or from anywhere in the world.

Total nominal hours: 400 hrs | Full time load: 12hrs/wk | Full-time duration: approximately 12 months.

Cost

Cost is $225 per module or $1980 upfront payment for all 10 units.
